Return Policy

To take advantage of this right, the Customer must:

1. Communicate your will to exercise the right of withdrawal by registered letter with return receipt within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt;
2. Return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

As required by the relevant legislation:

• The costs and risks related to the return of the products are the responsibility of the Customer, who must return the products in a secure way with the necessary guarantees so that they arrive in perfect condition;
• The return cannot take place in any case if the products supplied have clearly been used;
• The products must be returned with the appropriate protections, in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged or soiled), with all the accessories, instructions and documentation received;
• The repayment deadline is 14 days.
